Cancellation Policies
Please send cancellations by e-mail to our main office in Quepos, Costa Rica. Unfortunately, there will be no refund on cancellations 7 days before the confirmed pick up time for any tour. For group tours, there are no refunds on cancellations made 7 days before the date of the tour. In case of a cancellation, Iguana Tours will credit the agency the total amount prepaid when following our cancellation policies. If there are any questions in regard to these policies, please call our Director of Operations directly.
