CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations are received in writing by email reservas@terraventuras.com with a copy to info@terraventuras.com and must have confirmation of receipt. Failure to receive a written note with confirmation of receipt will be considered "No Show". Cancellation Individual Reservations All cancellations made 72 hours before the departure of the tour 100% RETURN. All cancellations made 48 hours before the departure of the tour: 50% RETURN. All cancellations made 24 hours before the departure of the tour: 100% OF THE CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED COST OF THE TOUR. Cancellation Group Reservations For all cancellations made 15 days before the departure of the tour: 100% RETURN. For all cancellations made 8 days before the departure of the tour: 50% RETURN. For all cancellations made 7 or less days before the departure of the tour: SE IT WILL CHARGE 100% OF THE COST OF THE TOUR
