RESERVATION AND
PAYMENT POLICIES
If a reimbursement is required, it must be requested according to the following
scheme:
1. 0 to 3 days in activities such as Canopy, Walks and Transportation: 0% refund. 4
days or more: 100% refund.
2. 0 to 7 days in activities such as Bioluminescence, Tortuga Island: 0% refund. 8
days or more: 100% refund.
3. All returns must be requested by e-mail from contabilidad@suntrails.com
according to the timeline in point 1 and 2.
4. Activity reservations must be requested by e-mail from the following address
info@suntrails.com.
5. For all activities, 100% of the payment will be requested in advance the
maximum amount of time an activity can be reserved without payment is two weeks
prior to the start date of the activity.
6. Credits can be requested once there is a regular operation and through a
contract between the parties. The request will be analyzed by the company's
accounting department.
7. Refunds may be made between the ranges set forth in points 1 and 2 above, as
long as documents justifying the absence from the activity are submitted.
8. The waiting time before starting an activity will be 20 minutes. After that time,
the activity will be cancelled without any responsibility on our part.
9. We are not responsible for rates charged by other companies that are not shown
on our website. Always ask for a written quotation.
