The service agreement is a document that places all of the items both parties have already agreed to in one convenient place. These items include your confirmed itinerary and travel policies that were officially agreed to and accepted at time of reservation. Service agreements are sent along with your congratulations email after all confirmations have been received. This may take up to three days after your payment has been accepted as custom itineraries often require confirmations multiple providers.
