We also have service plan options with different modification and cancellation polices. In addition, we accept individual (non-package) reservations. With all of these options, we provide a universal set of policies, which you will find in the link above. However, we will always work with you to find the best possible solution based on your individual situation and circumstances. In fact, over the last six years, we have averaged over $40,000 per year in refunds to clients for unforeseen circumstances. In most cases refunds actually exceed what our policies state and are often more than service providers policies state. To minimize such situations, we recommend you to thoroughly research all aspects of your vacation prior to reserving. We also recommend obtaining trip insurance to minimize inherent risks of travel.
