IMPORTANT: The suitcases that clients bring to the hotel must weigh no more than 10 kg per person, otherwise they will have a surcharge of $25.00 per person, clients must leave part of their suitcases at our Sierpe office and that they only take what they will need during their stay. In our offices in Sierpe there is 24-hour security and we also have a spacious and secure warehouse. The hotel does not check any of the clients' suitcases, to respect their personal belongings, therefore, it is the responsibility of the agency and the guide who leads the groups, to tell them that they should not bring electronic devices (tablets, cell phones, laptops, etc.) ), in the suitcases that go on the boat to avoid damage that may occur during the journey to or from the hotel. Clients must carry them in each person's carry-on suitcases.

I was aware that this was fairly basic accommodations but they were spotless and the owner/organiser was very helpful and ensured our day trips went well. Great boat handling for all the transports.
Didn’t see many staff .
Guide for the tour to San Pedrillo station was pleasant but had no knowledge of the wildlife .She did find the animals but the other tour guides appeared to have some knowledge in this area and she clearly knew very little which was quite disappointing

It is very unusual fantastic experience,stay in a cabin with screens in a Jurassic Park!

Very rustic lodging, but the location is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. The food is delicious and plentiful considering the price. The rooms closer to the ocean are better. Rooms that are in the back area require a little hiking.
