The Las Catalinas village is a luxurious and newly built community set behind one of the prettiest beaches in Costa Rica. The beach is ideal for swimming or snorkeling and there is another secluded beach within hiking distance, though it will take some effort to reach it. The community offers seaside restaurants, shops, and more. Howler monkeys and iguanas can frequently be spotted in the trees backing the beach.
The Guanacaste region offers visitors plenty of options for things to do. Take a catamaran cruise and take in the beautiful sunset or go kayaking and snorkeling off of one of the hidden beaches. Day tours are available for surf lessons in Tamarindo or even a beach hopping trip that takes you to sample some of the many nearby beaches. For wildlife, you can go on a riverboat safari in Palo Verde National Park. For adventure, you can go ziplining or speed through the backroads and trails on an ATV adventure.
The hotel's own Sentido Norte Restaurant offers guests delicious gourmet dishes with bold flavors while you take in the amazing views. Reservations are required at this popular bar and restaurant that takes advantage of Costa Rica's native ingredients. Guests can book mixology lessons to learn how to create their tropical drinks. The resort also offers cooking lessons for local Costa Rica cuisine!

The Villas with Plunge Pool have a partial ocean view. The Sunset Villas with Plunge Pool offer elevated views of the beaches and coastline. The Villa Suite With Plunge Pool also offers sweeping views of the Guanacaste coast and Catalinas Island but is in a more private setting than the other villas. All villas have a king-size bed with premium bedding, complimentary WiFi and local international calls, a stocked minibar with items for purchase, a Bluetooth speaker, and a safe deposit box. All rooms are luxuriously and tastefully decorated.
