This hotel was nice but not our favorite. The staff was nice but the food was not great and we found it a lot pricier. we would've been okay with staying at Arenal springs the whole time but it was fine. It's a very quiet hotel, not much to do other than go to the pool. The room was nice and had an amazing view with wildlife so close to our balcony. Loved the room, just not soo much the hotel.

Amazing hotel. The view from our hotel room was incredible. Friendly staff who were helpful calling us taxis or helping to book us a tour.

This place had incredible views and we even had some monkeys come visit us on our balcony. We saw a sloth in the trees, capuchin and squirrel monkeys, and iguanas nearby. This place was also very close to the beach. It was awesome.

I cannot say enough about this hotel!! It was gorgeous, romantic, and the drinks were soooo good! Had a great view from the room balcony, comfy bed, and jet jacuzzi bath tub for two! The staff was also incredible! Antonio at the bar made THE BEST all-natural Pina Colada! Their wine selection was also on point.

the hotel was ok. I think you should guys talk with them. It was not bad but not great. the room was amazing but the staff did not communicate well with us.

I think I would rate this as the loveliest stay I've ever had at a hotel. Our room was beautiful with a lovely ocean view and every day we came back to romantic towel sculptures and hibiscus blossoms on the bed. It felt like a second honeymoon. Pana, who served us breakfast every morning, was a delight. The staff was always extremely helpful. I also enjoyed a lovely massage and facial. I would love to stay here again. And they took Discover.

Our initial impression was less than great but after our room was changed we enjoyed it very much. After Nayara anything would be a let down.---- The food here was especially good (We ate at several other Hotels)

The atmosphere was amazing and the small size of the complex made us feel special. I have never had staff so personable & helpful. If I could give them a higher rating than a 10, I would!

What an extremely beautiful, small, boutique hotel, in the most incredible setting. I could have stayed here for a month it was so lovely. The views from their dining facilities are just breath taking and the food extremely good.
The staff here was truly so friendly and informative and couldn't do enough for us.

The view from our room was wonderful. Staff was great. Food was NOT great and very overpriced. We ate elsewhere for most meals.
