The Lodge’s private reserve has 5 miles of nature trails leading to 8 different waterfalls and natural pools found deep within the forest. Scarlet macaws, monkeys, sloths, anteaters, ocelots and other nocturnal wild cats have all been sighted here. Additional onsite adventure activities include ziplining, hanging bridges, waterfall rappelling plus guided birdwatching or night hikes. El Remanso offers a choice of private bungalows and villas, some featuring plunge pools, as well as individual rooms with private entrances and terraces that are found in a lovely two story house.
