- Cancellation Policy
• All reservations must be 100% paid in advance according to the date and minimum number of nights established in the reservation confirmation email.
• Payments made in advance on the established payment date will not be refunded in case of
cancellation.
• In the event that a refund is approved, it will last 10 to 15 business days and bank charges may apply.
• The charge for cleaning services at the end of the guests' stay is mandatory and is not included in the accommodation rates.
• A guest Credit Card is required to serve as a guarantee in case of damage to the property, its items, common areas and/or amenities due to improper use of the same and charges for repairs or replacements may be made during or up to 15 days after your stay.
• NOT ALLOWED: pets, parties, or exceeding the maximum capacity of the apartment except by special authorization.
No Smoking Policy:
• All vacation rental properties, apartments or luxury villas managed by Nasua Property Management are Non-Smoking environments as stipulated by Costa Rican Law No.
9028. A fine of $500.00 USD will be charged if the guest smokes in the rented unit.
When confirming reservations, the guest must accept the terms and conditions established in this document and those indicated in the reservation confirmation email.
