CANCELLATIONS OF RESERVATIONS AND NO SHOWS
FIT'S - Independent Travelers: All cancellations and collections must be made by email, at least 24 hours before the arrival of the passenger.
Cancellations within 24 hours before the tour, is penalized with 100% of the value of the tour and cancellations with more than 24 hours will not be penalized
GROUPS: all cancellations by email with at least 96 hours before the arrival of the group, will not have a penalty.
Group cancellations between 96 and 24 hours before, charge of 50% of the reservation value and additional services contracted.
Cancellations within 24 hours before the tour, is penalized with 100% of the value of the tour and additional services contracted.
NO SHOWS: 100% of the contracted services will be charged.
HOTEL
FIT ́S-Independent Travelers: All cancellations must be made by
email, at least 4 days before passenger’s check-in date without
any penalty fees.
Cancellations made 3 days before the check-in date will be
charged in full, 100% of accommodation price.
GROUPS: All cancellations should be made by email at least 15
days before the group’s check-in date without any penalty fees.
Cancellations made 14 days before the check-in date will be
charged in full, 100% of accommodation price.
NO SHOWS: ll contracted services will be charged in full; 100%
