POLICIES FOR REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS:
FIT
Cancellations 24 hours before the service there will be no charges.
Cancellations between 24 and 12 hours before the service will be charged 50%.
Cancellations 12 hours before the tour service will be penalized 100%.
In case of cancellations that include the services of Hot Springs in Tabacón:
Any cancellation made 15 days before the service will be penalized 100%
During Easter, and weeks 52 and 1 (Dec 18 to January 08), cancellations made during the 44 days before will be penalized 100%
In case of cancellations that include the services of Thermal in Ecotermales.
Reservations canceled within a period of four days before the requested date will be 100% penalized.
The reasons of force majeure will be analyzed separately in accordance with criteria and verification of facts by the general management of the company.
FOR GROUPS:
Cancellations 72 hours in advance. There will be no charges.
Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service.
In case of cancellations that include the services of Hot Springs in Tabacón:
