The ADR Adventure Park 10 in One tour is a thrilling day jam packed full of adventurous activities. This tour is sure to get your adrenaline flowing from start to finish on an amazing day of discovery, thrills and spills!
It all starts off when you are picked up from your Manuel Antonio area hotel. A transfer will be provided to the ADR facilities located at San Antonio de Damas, which is about a half hour from Manuel Antonio.
When you arrive at the entrance you will switch vehicles to a Hummer and then drive down a river channel. After the drive you will hike through the jungle to the main headquarters. The guides will then suit you up with safety gear and provide safety instructions for the adventure courses to come.
The course starts off with an exciting hike via ferrrata along the canyon wall. Eventually you will reach the Tarzan Swings which you can do a couple of times. After swinging around you will go to the first rappel. The descent is about 42 feet and will bring you to a platform for your first zipline. The first one is about 115 feet long and goes over a waterfall. The next line will take you through a waterfall and then you will free fall down into the pool below! After enjoying the refreshing water, you will continue on to the next rappel that will bring you down to another zipline. This zipline crosses over to the caving ladder which you will climb up about 20 feet to a natural platform. From the platform you will do a mix of ziplining and rappelling from the top of a waterfall that is nearly 200 feet high!
After winding down and drying off, you will be returned to your hotel. This is a thrilling full day of adventure that is not for everybody. You must be in good physical condition. Please inform us if you weigh over 200 pounds as restrictions may apply. The tour is expected to last 6 – 8 hours including transfers, though this is subject to change. Note that the GPS location is the administrative office in Manuel Antonio, not the actual park location. In addition to round trip transfers, the tour includes guides, safety gear, lunch, snacks, and water.

This was the highlight of our trip!! If you have a moderate to good fitness levels, then don't miss out on this activity. We hiked, ziplined, did some rappelling, tarzan swings and it all ended with delicious local food.

This was such a wonderful experience. Different than everything else we did. Our guides were so much fun, funny, knowledgeable, and safe. The ziplines, repelling, and hiking was such an immersive experience and truly gave us an experience of Pura Vida. I felt safe at all times and welcomed on this adventure. My wife and I got to do this excursion by ourselves without another group which added to the fun. The meal back at the end was so delicious and very Costa Rican. Just added to the experience. I can't say enough about this tour. Also, the pictures they took along the way truly gave us some wonderful memories.

Such a fun excursion! If you like adventure, this is a must! We did ziplining in LaFortuna but I would choose this over that one. Highlight of our vacation.

This was our favorite tour!! So much fun and adventurous. We were out in the middle of nowhere and the waterfalls were beautiful and our guides were so kind. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for adventure!

Best tour & adventure! We added this last minute and hey we’re fantastic from beginning to end. Being deep inside the rainforest was magical. Guides were extremely knowledgeable about the area and made the tour a lot of fun. Absolutely would recommend!

This is not to be missed. I wasn't sure my 6 and 9 year old girls would be able to do this adventure but they did and got so much out of the experience. Our guides were incredible and worked with us to motivate the 6 year old past her fears. We zip lined into a waterfall pool and could not have asked for anything better. By far the best adventure/excursion of our trip.

This was a great tour. More than we expected. Guides and staff were very good. The pictures looked really good so we ordered them. It’s been more than 3 days with one phone call and still no pictures. Hope they come soon. (Supposed to be 24-48hrs)
