When you book Kuna Vela Sailing Tours, we are often in such high demand that we’ll turn away other clients in order to hold your date. Therefore, we strive to offer a fair cancellation policy.
5 days or more before the date of the tour
We refund 100% of your payment
Less than 5 days before the date of the tour (but more than 2 days)
We refund 75% of the payment
2 days before the tour (but more than 24 hours)
We refund 50% of the payment.
24 hours or less before the tour
We do not refund, if there is no means to modify the date
In case Kuna Vela would be unable to operate, and there would be no means to modify the date
We refund 100% of the payment.
