CANCELLATION POLICY˝ The following applies for cancellations for 2020-2021. These policies apply to FIT’s reservations. For groups, the cancellation policy will be agreed case by case.˝ If the reservations in cancelled within these days prior to arrival date:˝ More than 90 days = 100% of your reservation will be refunded. ˝ HOLIDAY SEASON Between 90 and 60 days = 50% of the reservation will be due and forfeited.˝ Less than 60 days = 100% of the reservation will be due and forfeited.˝ More than 60 days = 100% of your reservation will be refunded.˝ HIGH SEASON Between 60 and 45 days = 50% of the reservation will be due and forfeited.˝ Less than 45 days = 100% of the reservation will be due and forfeited.˝ More than 45 days = 100% of your reservation will be refunded.˝ GREEN SEASON Between 45 and 15 days = 50% of the reservation will be forfeited.˝ Less than 15 days = 100% of the reservation will be due and forfeited.˝
