FITS (individuals)
Every reservation has to be paid in its totality within 15 days prior to the arrival of the guests, or in its defect it must be guaranteed through a voucher or credit card, according to the negotiation with the Hotel.
High season cancellation policies
The reservation cancellations in the high season, including Christmas and New Year (December 24th- January 1st) and Holy Week will be penalized in its totality if you cancel 30 days or less before your arrival.
If there are facts or situations generated by chance or force majeure, the hotel is released of any type of liability.
No Show
When a guest does not arrive to the Hotel on the reserved date and the Hotel has not
been informed of the situation, the reservation will be totally charged.
Cancellations due to an emergency will be analyzed based on the General Manager’s criterion and evidence shown to the Hotel with the purpose of deciding if 100% of the reserve will be charged or just a part of it.
