* Free cancellation for all individual or group reservations up to 24 hours prior to arrival. 100% will be penalized to all those reservations canceled within less than 24 hours and unjustified no shows.
*In case of Pre-Paid reservations that comply with the previous indication, a credit is generated for 15 months to use in the future, always subject to space availability
Regular Policies out COVID-19, starting December 24th, 2020
Individual reserves.
Reservations of 1 to 4 rooms are considered individual or small groups and will be subject to the following policies:
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the date and time of check in.
Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the date and time of check in will be penalized 100% including all additional services (food, tours or transportation).
Refunds will not be made in those cases in which the client does not show up to use the services, or else only partially uses what is reserved.
No refunds will be made in those cases when the client leaves the hotel before the scheduled departure date.
Group Reservations
Reservations of 5 or more rooms are considered group will be subject to the following policies:
Once the group is confirmed 45 days before the check-in date, cancellations will be penalized as follows:
-Cancellations received between 45 - 30 days before the check in date will be penalized to 10% of the portion corresponding to lodging.
- Cancellations received between 29 - 15 days before the check in date will be penalized to 50% of the portion corresponding to lodging.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days before the check in date will be penalized 100% of the reserved services.
