Cancellation of individual:
15 days before the date of entry of the passenger will not have any surcharge.
14 to 8 days before the date of entry of the passenger will be charged 50 percent.
7 to 4 days before the date of entry of the passenger will be charged 75 percent.
3 days before the date of entry of the passenger will be charged 100 percent.
Group cancellations: (minimum 10 passengers)
45 days before the date of entry of the group, will not be charged.
44-30 days before the date of entry of the group, 50 percent will be charged.
29-15 days before the group entry date, 75 percent will be charged.
14 days before the date of entry of the group, 100 percent will be charged.
