We will send you an abbreviated email confirmation of payment within two hours of receiving it during business hours (7 AM – 9 PM). We will send you your official receipt of payment once we have received written confirmation of each reservation from all of our providers. This usually is within 24 hours but can take up to 72 hours if there is a holiday, weekend, or extenuating circumstances. Within a few days of your receipt of payment, you will receive a service agreement. The service agreement is nothing more than placing all of the items both parties have agreed to in one convenient place.
